TravelSmart will initially comprise of two staff members, a Managing Director
and Assistant. The Managing Director will be responsible for the day to day operation
of the company.
The members views and ideas are important in the development
of the future of the company and the Managing Director will be responsible to
solicit and vet such ideas for implementation.
The company affairs are
executed in a Limited Liability company, of which all members are shareholders.
TravelSmart as a (Pty) Ltd company is owned by the founding shareholders
(20%) and partner tour operators (80%)
